Therapy
Regular Office Hours 10a – 6p
60 min Therapy session – $150 This includes phone, in-person session, and walk-and-talk.
Extended Office Hours 7p – 9a
60 min Therapy session – $250 During extended office hours, Usually phone or video.
Sliding Scale
I have a limited number of sliding scale appointments available. Sliding scale need is reassessed every five appointments.
Pro-Bono
I have a limited number of pro-bono (Free) sessions available. Limited to five sessions per client. I also include ART within those five sessions if needed.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy
90 min ART session – $200 This includes assessment and treatment for the presenting issue.
90 min ART session – $300 During extended office hours. Extended office hours for ART include time slots for in-person, for 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a, 7p, 8p, 9p, 10p.
Insurance
Currently, I am not paneled with any insurance providers. I cannot accept insurance. I will be happy to provide a receipt that you can present to your insurance company for reimbursement if that is an option.
Please discuss with your insurance about coverage for out of network providers, reimbursement policy and requirements for reimbursement. You are responsible for finding out the requirements for reimbursement and communicating this to me before any session takes place, to make sure I can provide the required documentation.
